Don’t Be Afraid to Start Over!

The time of year has come. Where people reflect and analyze and figure out what changes they should be mad for the upcoming year. The key word being CHANGE! When you look over the last year what are things, characteristics, tendencies that needed to change? The real question then comes are you ready to make the changes. I don’t know about you, but as for me, Jade LeSure I am ready to make those changes. I can sit here and tell you what you should do but what difference would that do if you are not ready.

The year of 2021 was a trying year for myself to say the least, from location transitions, financial dysfunction, loss of family, loss of relationships, and working on my attitude definitely. All while trying to shape myself and figure things out. Although I state the negative, I want you all to remember this year, I learned who I was and I am damned happy to meet her again. I realized strengths I never had and realized fears I once had weren’t fears but lack of knowledge and understanding. Lack of education, Lack of wisdom, and definitely lack of understanding. Now, I am always ready to learn, gain knowledge and understanding. God has truly blessed me this year in ways I couldn’t even explain. I kept crying to God for change and he gave me reasons to change even when I wasn’t ready and didn’t fully understand. God showed me I was better than what I thought of myself. Now with 2022 approaching I write one more daily affirmation before the years comes to a close and a new year to approach.

December Affirmations

• I love an incredible, amazing, merciful God

• I speak blessings into my life

• I see blessings coming into my life

• I know 2022 will be a great year

I am starting over fixing and rebuilding the damage I have done to myself over the years. I am going into December / 2022 with a new mind, new perspective, and new beliefs. I will make this time a good one, shoot I will make it the best year.

I encourage you all to truly reflect and evaluate your lives and think. What do I need to do? I want people to remember it is never too late to start over. It is never to late to try again no matter the age eighteen, thirty, fifty, hell seventy-five you can start over! Next Year, can’t be your year if your not willing to work for it. 2022 can’t be your year if your still doing the same stuff that held you back this year. 2022 can’t be your year if you are still blaming others for the things you do not want to change. I encourage you all to start over make amends with old foes and tell them “ Bye”, because you’ll no longer be letting them control your actions, thoughts, emotions etc., start over make these changes that you made excuses for all year long. Start Over!!!
