  1. What motivated you to start your own business? Ever since I was little I knew that God had destined something great for me. Like most teenagers I squandered a lot of opportunities to cultivate my gifts. It wasn't until I turned 20 that I maximized on the natural ability to seek after the plans that God had for me & my wife.

  1. What is your brand / business about? Our new joint venture is called HustleBlendz. This is a refined coffee distributor for the modern entrepreneur. We excel in a diverse range of imported coffee and are sure to leave influencers inspired.

  1. What is a typical day like growing/building your business? A typical day consists of planning meetings, studying and reviewing personal goals as well as family goals. I truly believe that your business is an extension of who you are. Therefore I focus on showcasing who I am in my business. Aside from the mundane duties I enjoy spending time watching movies with my wife as we laugh at each other's jokes.

  1. What are your strengths/weaknesses as an entrepreneur? I am a very consistent entrepreneur. I wholeheartedly believe in anything that I do. Whether it's drafting a business plan, writing a script or shooting a basketball. I enjoy learning from each lesson and give maximum effort with my businesses. Unfortunately at times I am stubborn and may be a tad bit obsessive when it comes to perfecting my vision.

  2. What advice would you give to up and coming entrepreneurs? I would tell any up and coming entrepreneurs to follow the plans that God gave you. There is nothing more satisfying than knowing you are on the right path heading in the right direction. It is important to be patient with yourself. Enjoy the journey because that is the best part of being an entrepreneur.

  1. What one piece of advice did you take that helped you as an entrepreneur?

Once I learned that I needed help and it's okay to ask for help. My business began to grow and I was able to work with others in my industry. If you are trying to be an entrepreneur solely for namesake it will truly be short lived. One of my mottos is “I create, I don't compete”...completion is our main focus in Hustleblenz.

  1. What is your end goal as an entrepreneur? ( what do you hope to accomplish with your brand outside of financial gain)

My end goal as an entrepreneur is to leave my mark here on earth. I want to impact people through my life and business. I know that my life has meaning so to your question I also give room for God to use me as he wishes.

  1. How do you get through the rough days as an entrepreneur?

As an entrepreneur it is important to ask yourself 3 critical why questions

  1. Why did I begin this journey ?

  2. Why Is this frustrating me ?

  3. Why am I doubting the plan ?

        9.  What keeps you mentally/physically motivated while running your business?          I believe in what I do therefore I do it because I know I am serving God first and man second. Everything me and my wife have built is built on a solid foundation and his name is Christ. I truly would not be where I am in my business without Jesus. I also want to create a solid future for my wife and family.
